This family was just filled with love for each other. The boys were so kind to one another and such good listeners. I could see how much they love their mama. They made my job so easy with these beautiful smiles.

I had such an amazing experience photographing these two beautiful girls. They were adopted by a lovely family and arrived from Ethiopia less than a month ago. They amazed me with their unabashed joy and love. They were filled with smiles and fascination and an incredible power to communicate despite the language barrier. What a gift they are to their new family!

Although the air was crisp and it was a bit chilly outside, these two beautiful children were troopers. It was a joy to take their photos. Mom had them dressed perfectly and big sister was the perfect model and helper!

This photo is so special because it captures this lovely family…their love and their joy. I have known this beautiful mom for 15 years now and the smile you see in this photo is totally her. She is an amazing mother who has taught me so much about the kind of mom I want to be and hope I am. She is the most patient woman I know. She loves her boys (all three of them) with such passion and I am so lucky to call her my friend.

Look at this face…those eyes…that smile.

Is there anything better than a brother? These two love each other…they were so great together!

Mama and her boys…a soft spot in my heart for such images.

Love you, Liza!
Well, it was such a treat to photograph this beautiful family since with three girls, they are the polar opposite of me. I was in heaven having the opportunity to photograph these beautiful girls. Mom had them dressed perfectly…a photographer’s dream.

Look at these soulful eyes.

Look at the baby…cute as button.

And, the leader of the pack who was ready for every photo-op.

Sara and Matt, I had such a great time with all of you on Saturday. Your girls are so beautiful! I hope you enjoy this sneak peek and I’ll be in touch soon with the rest of the images.
I have mentioned numerous times on this blog how much I love to meet new families and spend time with them, but another perk to my job is revisiting families that I have already had the pleasure of photographing. This is one such family. The boys are so darn cute and I was amazed at how much they have grown in just a few months’ time. The littlest wasn’t even walking when we last met up and this time he was standing on my crate in a ‘i’m the king of the world’ fashion. We had lots of fun together!

Dad loves his boys and it is obvious how much they adore him!

Gen, thanks for everything! I hope you enjoy this sneak peek and I’ll be in touch soon with the remaining images!
These beautiful children may look familiar as I photographed them over the summer, but this time we were able to bring dad along. He was out-of-town when we first met serving in the military. It was obvious that this family was so happy to be reunited and I am delighted that I was able to capture some special moments of them all together.

One of the things I love most about my job is meeting new people and connecting with them. However, this week I had the opportunity to capture the love among family members that are close friends. I was honored to spend time with them and to feel the love that is so apparent in each of them.

The children are all so beautiful and photogenic.

Look at this girl’s blue eyes. Are they amazing or what?

And here is the king as his family lovingly refers to him.

Thanks Mary Alice and Frank for the fun time together. We captured the images in the nick of time before the downpour!
This sweet baby girl just turned one! She is so adorable and loves lots of things including balloons; Bailey, her kitty kat; and her mommy and daddy. Look at this precious face…

Despite the fact that Brooke does not love hats, I did capture one image while snacking on a cupcake and she is perfectly adorable wearing it. Notice how close the hand is to pulling it off!

After being inside, we headed outdoors and Brooke just loved the flowers. She enjoyed picking them and investigating them. What an inquisitive girl!

Lindsey and Don, I hope you enjoy this little sneak peek. I really enjoyed meeting all of you and spending some time with you and your beautiful baby girl.
I truly have the best job in the world! I have the opportunity to meet the most amazing people and they invite me to photograph the love and joy that is present in their lives. This gorgeous family was just fabulous!

We had so much fun! Our time together was filled with:
