“Sometimes being a brother is even better than being a superhero.”
And sometimes playing superheroes with your brother is really the best fun of all!
This Friday we are still in the spirit of Thanksgiving and photographing our thankfulness.
I am thankful for the health of myself and my family.
I am thankful that I am a mother and I get to spend my days with my children, watching them grow and change.
I am thankful for photography and that it allows me to live my life with passion and creativity.
I am thankful that I live in a country filled with opportunity and freedom.
I am thankful, for I am richly blessed.
Now you can continue through our circle of photographers to see what Chrissy, the Dayton Centerville Cincinnati OH Family & Child Photographer is thankful for.
Where do the weeks go? It’s Friday once again and this week we were to photograph shapes. As I walking to a store in a plaza the other day, I saw all of these cool leaves in different patterns on the ground and I thought how cool they would look as a heart shape. So, I scooped some up and did some rearranging.

What a treat it was to photograph these two beautiful children again for the holidays. Not only are they gorgeous, they are delightful. They were so sweet and excited about having their photos taken.
Rebecca & Mike, thanks for inviting me to your lovely home to photograph these two incredible children. I’ll be in touch soon.
It’s Friday again and that means another installment of our 52 on Friday project. This week our theme was to photograph something related to a favorite song or album cover. I decided to create my own version of the infamous U2 WAR album cover. Here it is:

For the past several months, I have been photographing ten images from a random day and posting them on the tenth of the month. I love that I get to capture the ordinary stuff of life and remember it. I am looking forward to putting these all together in an album once a year is complete. This month, though, I have joined some other photographers and we are creating a circle of ‘ten on tens’ so after viewing mine, you can click on the link at the end of this post to continue viewing how others captured their day with ten images.

It’s Friday and that means a new theme for our photography circle. This week we were to photograph shadows. Shadows are very fun to play with. The kids & I like to make shadows on the wall when we head upstairs for bed. For this image, we played with a wrinkled sheet hung over the ironing board. This giraffe proved to be a great subject to photograph!
Now you can head on over to see how Chrissy, the Dayton Centerville Cincinnati OH Family & Child Photographer, photographed shadows. She is so talented; I can’t wait to see her shadow image!
